Workshops and Courses

Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence.
In the practice of Mindful Photography, the experience  felt when making the image is as important as the end result.
It is an invitation to develop Presence, and engage with the world differently.
Exploring this experience and the analogies existing between the process of making photography and how we function in life creates rich possibilities to grow self-consciousness.
It is also a way to connect with something greater than us.

Photography and Spirituality

How could the practice of photography help us appreciate the world, and find the meaning of the Sacred in our daily environment?
The objective of this workshop is to help you discover an accessible approach to meditation and contemplation through photography.
The workshop is open to all, to those who are in spiritual search, as well as to those who are curious to observe the world differently. There is no proselytism, but a sharing of experience.

Mindful Photography Walk
A photographic walk, a jaunt to slow down, to be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, and live a positive experience, thanks to photography.
