Workshops and Coaching
Photography is above all an encounter, between the world and oneself, and the affirmation of our presence. It is also a way to connect with something greater than us, and to explore subjects beyond words.
I offer workshops and coaching courses focusing to practice Mindful Photography, i.e. being present in the moment, fully engaging with your environment, through your sensations and your emotions, and being attentive to what you see in a calm and intentional way.
This approach encourages slowing down and observing your surroundings with a fresh perspective.

1. Meet the World
What is at play for us when we meet the World? A jaunt, a walk, exploring a place and be attentive to the unexpected, to the poetry of everyday life, thanks to photography.
Through guided and impromptu photography activities, participants will discover Mindful Photography. They will be invited to put aside their mental models and draw inspiration from what emerges from their encounters with the world. Then, as we would develop a film, they will rewind the session to draw parallels with the professional world and daily life, during a facilitated conversation.
2. Individual Coaching
I offer a 6-session program to deepen the practice of mindful photography, in connection with what motivates you, and your current challenges.
You will gain from this
- A moment to reconnect with your body and emotions, and with yourself
- A way to develop attention, intuition and presence, i.e. being aware of yourself, others, and something greater than yourself.
- A time for sharing and exchanging experiences.
- An approach to use every day, to slow down, and better address difficult and stressful situations.
